All platform content, including the website and software code, is owned by EpochDocs LLC. You retain ownership of your inputs and generated outputs. EpochDocs does not claim any rights to your generated documents beyond those necessary to provide the Service.
Fees apply to premium plans as described on our website. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Because document generation begins immediately upon request, all purchases are final, and no refunds are provided once generation starts. Please review your plan carefully before purchase.
The Service generates documentation using artificial intelligence based on your inputs. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any documents before use, and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or unlawful use of the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings; cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide a refund for prior charges.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. EpochDocs does not guarantee that generated content will meet any legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EpochDocs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or generated content.
By using the Service, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid charges. Because document generation begins immediately, all charges are final. Disputed charges should be directed to epochdocsfounder@gmail.com for resolution.
