• Payment Info: Processed securely via Stripe (We do not store card data. All payments are final. Because document generation begins immediately, refunds are not provided once generation starts.)
• Usage Data: Log activity, usage amounts
• Content: Prompts and generated documents are NOT retained or stored. A mechanism does not exist for us to access, store, or review your content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve our services. We may also use it to communicate service updates or respond to inquiries.

3. AI Data Use

We do not use your prompts or outputs to train our AI. All content is session-bound unless you explicitly save it (if such a feature becomes available in the future).

Generated documents are not stored or reviewed by EpochDocs. We have no ability to monitor or moderate content generated by the AI.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers under strict confidentiality agreements (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting).

We apply encryption and access controls to safeguard your data. Our platform is designed so that document content is not stored or accessible after generation.

Your data is retained only as long as needed for service functionality or legal compliance. Generated documents and prompts are not stored.
