1. Can I get a refund if I don’t like the generated document?

Because document generation begins immediately and consumes compute resources, all payments are final once generation starts. We recommend using our free tier to evaluate the service before upgrading.

2. Is the generated content guaranteed to be legally or regulatorily compliant?

No. Our outputs are generated by artificial intelligence based on your inputs. They are intended as a starting point and must be reviewed and approved by qualified professionals to ensure compliance with your specific requirements.

3. Does EpochDocs store my documents or prompts?

No. We do not retain, store, or review your prompts or generated documents. The system is designed so that no mechanism exists for us to access or retain your content after generation.

4. What support is included with my plan?

All plans include support for technical platform issues (e.g., billing questions, login problems, generation errors). We do not provide custom document review, editing, or compliance consultation.

5. What happens if I hit my document limit?

You will be prompted to upgrade your plan or purchase additional document credits. We will never auto-bill for overages without your approval.

6. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel anytime via your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund charges for the current billing period or generated documents.
